We installed a nominal 2 inches of closed cell foam insulation to the roof deck of the home. In the wall cavities, we installed a nominal 2” of closed cell foam insulation. We also completed a crawlspace encapsulation, in which we laid down a 30 mil liner across the earth and sealed around the walls with 2 inches of closed cell foam around the perimeter. We also recommended a dehumidifier in the crawlspace area.
