We removed the old fiberglass insulation, sprayed the wood of the crawlspace with a mold treatment, then installed perimeter drains and a sump pump drainage system to reroute unwanted water to the creek. A heavy duty liner was installed over the ground of the crawlspace and sealed around the perimeter walls with closed cell foam insulation. We then installed a dehumidifier to make sure humidity level stayed in check.

Our crews removed old fiberglass insulation from the crawlspace. We then sprayed a mold treatment along the area, ensuring any current and future growths were taken care of. Crews installed perimeter drains along the side of the crawlspace to make sure the area was draining properly with a sump pump in the event rain or groundwater entered the crawlspace area. We then laid down a liner then applied spay foam insulation to encapsulate the area. We finished a complete encapsulation with a dehumidifier to ensure no moisture would be within the are.
