When it came to this commercial building in Pikeville, KY, insulation played a major part of the lifespan of this building. Not only was it going to hold a pool, but also various training and gym rooms. When it comes to areas with an indoor pool, there is always a high rate of moisture problems in walls and ceilings. These rooms need to be detailed very carefully to avoid condensation and rusting/rot. Spray foam insulation will prevent most moisture from getting through the walls, as well as keeping the area comfortable year round due to not letting energy escape through the walls.
