We added 1,150 sq Ft to our house last year which was already 1,350 sq Ft.  We met with Tim Reed and he suggested that we use foam on the new addition and in the attic of the older part of our home.  The results were amazing.  It is unreal how much cooler the house stays in the summer and warmer in the winter.  It is one of those things that you have to experience to believe.  Our advice to anyone with high power bills or building a new house is to get the Icynene system.  In January 2013 before the addition we used 1,739 kWh in January 2014 after addition we only used 1,356 kWh.  The best part was that we made friends for life.  The workers are experienced, knowledgeable, friendly hard working moral people.  We highly recommend Reed's spray foam insulation.
