• Comment: I contacted 2 insulation companies for estimates to insulate and waterproof my crawl space. The first guy from Basement Doctor was so full of himself I wouldn't use his company if it was free. Bob Jobe showed up from Reeds and i immediately liked him. He is down to earth and very friendly and professional. His price was very reasonable for the proposed work.
  Reeds came and performed the work in one day. They were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up afterword even sweeping out the garage.
  Several months later I had a problem with the dehumidifier and contacted Bob Jobe. He assured me they stood behind their work and would fix it. Bob sent Jim Runyon out within a few got from another supplier. days. You can't help but like Jim with his friendly easy going attitude. Jim fixed the problem at no charge. It should be noted the problem was not caused by Reeds but a problem with the dehumidifier
  they get from another manufacturer.
  I was very impressed with everyone from Reeds including the receptionist that answers the phone. I asked Reeds to do this review...they didn't ask me. I highly recommend them. Bob Jobe has my number and if you want to contact me you can through Bob
