• Comment: Overall happy with the service. The estimator was extremely nice/knowledgeable and even gave me advice about other services I was contemplating in the future. The quality of the insulation, and carpentry was great! Once started the job was done in 4 days.
  
  I would have rated 5 stars, but this was the most expensive of the 3 quotes I got and I had high expectations, so given the following I took off a star. I called to discuss the following things with a manager and they seemed to have dealt with or would address them for the future. They were very polite/apologetic.
  
  The only 3 problems were:
  1. On 3/4 days when people came they did not let me know they would be there and this caused issues when tele-working.
  2. One of the people did not wear a mask when in the home, although they probably would have if asked to, this could not be communicated while tele-working.
  3. I was very happy about not having to get a separate electrician to have a new plug / dehumidifier installed, however the way it was spliced from the inside plug would not have looked good if in a living space (in our case they just ran a wire along the wall in the unfinished basement and ran it into a crawl space which wasn't a big deal)
