• Comment: Communication with Reed's was very good. All employees we delt with were very courteous. Scheduling was easy. There were some mechanical/equipment issues during the first day of our spray insulation job. This job was planned for two days and it was completed on time and we feel the installers were very committed to their work and our satisfaction. From the look and condition of their truck and equipment, I would like to see the company provide a cleaner looking truck (their moving billboard) and ensuring their employees have equipment which works properly. (That would have earned them 5 stars instead of 4). We are very happy with Bob & Bo, the ladies we delth with for scheduling and payment and Ric and his crew who did the installation. I would recommend Reed's for spray insulation.
