I highly recommend, Brent was super professional and great communicator, he answered all my questions. It took them less than 3 days to install the sump pump , remove the fiber glass insulation etc. The price was fair compared to other companies I gotta quoted for and we decided to go with Reed and I'm glad we did because they did a great job

Received quote and work was performed next day! Workers were efficient, very courteous and helpful. They had to cover and move a lot of stuff but did all the work and put all the stuff back. Was quick and easy for us; Reed’s professional team did a really great job. So rare to have a job done correctly, efficiently and by nice people! Would definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Reed's did an excellent job with my insulation instillation. Matt was very punctual during the initial meeting for my quote and provided important feedback addressing all of my issues and concerns. The instillation crew were 2 weeks earlier than anticipated which allowed me to get "way ahead" of my original basement remodel completion date. Matt's team did an outstanding job during the entire instillation process from start to finish. They walked me through the entire process in great detail to ensure I got "exactly" what I wanted! There were no issues during the entire instillation, and they went above and beyond to ensure they maintained the cleanliness of my home throughout the process by using plastic and other measures. The entire process to less than a normal work day to complete and I couldn't be happier! If your looking for a company and crew for insulation needs, then look no further! I contacted 2 insulation companies for estimates to insulate and waterproof my crawl space. The first guy from Basement Doctor was so full of himself I wouldn't use his company if it was free. Bob Jobe showed up from Reeds and i immediately liked him. He is down to earth and very friendly and professional. His price was very reasonable for the proposed work. Reeds came and performed the work in one day. They were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up afterword even sweeping out the garage. Several months later I had a problem with the dehumidifier and contacted Bob Jobe. He assured me they stood behind their work and would fix it. Bob sent Jim Runyon out within a few got from another supplier. days. You can't help but like Jim with his friendly easy going attitude. Jim fixed the problem at no charge. It should be noted the problem was not caused by Reeds but a problem with the dehumidifier they get from another manufacturer. I was very impressed with everyone from Reeds including the receptionist that answers the phone. I asked Reeds to do this review...they didn't ask me. I highly recommend them. Josh and the people at Reeds spray foam is very knowledgeable and super helpful, even tho against my better judgment and I didn’t go with them, the problems I had with my moisture issues josh told me how to fix the problem and was nothing but helpful to fix my problem and would provide continuing help if I needed it!
