We had a crawlspace that flooded when it rained. There were a couple of occasions when two to three inches of standing water was in our crawlspace. Reed's Sprayfoam gave the cheapest of two bids to solve the problem. They dug a trench around the interior perimeter of the crawlspace . Perforated pipe was installed. A heavy white sheet was laid on the bare ground. It went up the piers and the exterior walls of the crawlspace. The crawlspace was not at ground level, which was one of the problems that produced flooding. Only about a foot of the house foundation, including the vents, was above ground level. The waterproof sheet was carried up the wall to just below the foundation vents. The vertical part of the sheet and foundation were coated with a rigid closed-cell foam up to the floor joists. Above that point an open-cell foam was used to allow the perimeter wood to breath and dry out. This closed-off the crawlspace vents. A dehumidifier was installed. The condensate from it, as well as the water flowing into the perforated pipe through the foundation, was directed to a sump pump. The output from the sump pump was piped through the foundation into a drain pipe that carried water from downspouts away from the house. As a final measure, the wood floor joists that had started to show a lot of various types of mold and mildew and dry-rot was treated with a penetrant that killed it and preserved the wood. There was a problem of water flowing in on top of the waterproof sheet after the first crew left. I called to have the problem corrected. Even though the company was about a five-hour one-way drive from us, a man, David Runyon, was dispatched to correct the problem. He corrected the problem within an hour or two. Based on my personal experience, I would have no problem at all recommending Reed's Sprayfoam. Their employees were curteous and considerate. The only crawlspace access was through the floor inside our house. Care was taken to keep the floor clean. We had almost no cleanup to do when they left.

Josh at Reed's is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional when it comes to insulation.We were a new construction home and he came out and explained the process and benefits of spray foam to us. When the crew came out to prep the house, they explained everything and answered any concerns I had. They worked fast, efficient, and did an excellent job! Reeds installed spray foam insulation in our unfinished basement on the subfloor and all around on the rim joists. The sales person, Brent, was great. He showed up on time, got us our estimate when he told us he would and they even scheduled our installation much sooner than expected. The crew gave us a courtesy call to let us know when they would be here, they showed up on time, repaired our basement and covered everything which took quite some time. They did a fantastic installation of the spray foam, and when they were done I inspected it and they cleaned up perfectly. Truly a five-star experience and I would recommend Reeds spray foam insulation company to anyone. :-)

During my building process I decided to go with the spray foam. I didn’t know any company’s that did it so I googled it and was offered several company’s close or near my location. I contacted each company to set up a free quote. One of the companies was Reeds spray foam out of Kentucky. I spoke with Bob . He took my information and gave me a date that he could meet me. I also scheduled 3 other companies the same day. Bob was my first quote. We spoke for short time and he gave me his quote. After thanking him for coming the other companies started to pull in. After speaking with the other guys . I thought to my self I wanted to do business with Bob and Reeds spray foam because I liked Bob because he seemed genuine and honest. I contacted them and after a little Negotiation we had a deal. Once we had a deal Bob was able to give me a start date. To my surprise his team was at my property on time. During the process we ran into a little hick up . Bob and Reeds go the problem solved to everyone’s satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I would use Reeds again and I would most definitely refer them to my family or friends.

Had Reed's spray foam do an old building I'm fixing up. Brent came out and did the estimate and was very professional and on time. We agreed on a quote and when Josh and the crew showed up it was done quick and they did an excellent job. They knocked out an almost 3800sq ft ceiling in no time. I highly recommend these guys and will be glad to show off their work when people come in!

We did a new construction home and we are very pleased we met with Tim at Reed's spray foam to talk about the benefits of insulating a home with spray foam. Tim was extremely versed in describing the product. Excellent company and they were prompt, knowledgeable and did excellent work. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Reed's Spray foam are the best, first in knowledge, first in class! I will say, in all my experiences working in engineering/construction these guys are the best sub-contractors I have ever worked with. The whole team was extremely polite and did a great job. Everyone did exactly what they said they would. Tim followed up at the end to assure everything was as expected and did a personal walk through. Great Team!

Josh and the people at Reeds spray foam is very knowledgeable and super helpful, even tho against my better judgment and I didn’t go with them, the problems I had with my moisture issues josh told me how to fix the problem and was nothing but helpful to fix my problem and would provide continuing help if I needed it! The Reed spray foam Company were excellent in every way, very hard workers, friendly and professional , arrived on time, cleaned up everything, they sprayed under our home in the crawlspace which not an easy job, but they did a great job. Can't wait to see the difference in our heating and cooling bills this year. Josh was the salesman that came to our home and explained everything to us. he did a great job. very nice person to talk to and very informational, knew what he was talking about. we will recommend this company to everyone!!!!!
