This amazing team solved the structural problems of my 1938 log cabin in a day and a half. They were extremely efficient, polite, and responsive. Because of their efforts, I expect my house to last another 80 years! I cannot show the work they did under the house, but they saved this cabin. The floor is now level and firm.

Due to the recent flood I was having to re insulate my house. I was given Reeds insulation number not knowing where to even start. Received quote and work was performed next day! Workers were efficient, very courteous and helpful. They had to cover and move a lot of stuff but did all the work and put all the stuff back. I got a courtesy call from Ricky before they even arrived. Ricky asked if I had any questions told me exactly what they would do and when they would finish. I met Ricky out on the farm at the house and he was nothing but the perfect Company representative that you would want at your house. Alex another stand up crew member met us the day before while prepping. These guys are the real deal, 3 days completely spray foam insulated my whole house. Full roof deck, all walls, basement and crawl space. My drywall installer (a family friend) couldn’t believe the work they did and how clean they left the walls for him. My inspector was amazed at the work these guys did. I met the whole crew but dealt mostly with Ricky and Alex. I’m so impressed with Reed’s insulation and will definitely recommend and may possibly use them in the barn if it’s in the budget! And this is only the finished project part. Brent our PM got us a quick and reasonable quote. He was more than patient after I had to push dates out multiple times due to trades not showing up. When I told him I was ready he was on it and got a crew out there the day before he said they would be there. With the crazy economy I was worried about a price increase as I got the estimate back in December, they honored the estimate! I cannot say enough about this company I am truly thankful. Thanks!!!

I Hired Reed’s spray foam for a 1930’s cottage renovation. The best experience I’ve ever while dealing with any contracting service since I have been in home remodeling. My point of contact, Bob, was very informative and responsive and quoted me a excellent price. The foreman, Ricky was very friendly and professional. The guys on the job were courteous and respectful. They left the place better than they found it. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Reeds performed a spray foam insulation encapsulation of my attic, as well as In the crawlspace under the house. This included removing all of the old fiberglass batting and blown-in insulation in the attic. In the crawlspace they trenched around the perimeter added a sump pump and pit, a dehumidifier, a moisture monitoring system, and a thick vapor barrier. They then added spray foam sealing the vapor barrier and crawl space, and adding a sealed access door. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, professionalism, and dedication of the crews and foreman. In addition the office contacted me and coordinated their arrival time every morning and followed up with me every evening to ask how things were going and if I had any concerns. It was an awesome experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who need this type of work performed. Thanks Reed’s!

We had a crawlspace that flooded when it rained. There were a couple of occasions when two to three inches of standing water was in our crawlspace. Reed's Sprayfoam gave the cheapest of two bids to solve the problem. They dug a trench around the interior perimeter of the crawlspace . Perforated pipe was installed. A heavy white sheet was laid on the bare ground. It went up the piers and the exterior walls of the crawlspace. The crawlspace was not at ground level, which was one of the problems that produced flooding. Only about a foot of the house foundation, including the vents, was above ground level. The waterproof sheet was carried up the wall to just below the foundation vents. The vertical part of the sheet and foundation were coated with a rigid closed-cell foam up to the floor joists. Above that point an open-cell foam was used to allow the perimeter wood to breath and dry out. This closed-off the crawlspace vents. A dehumidifier was installed. The condensate from it, as well as the water flowing into the perforated pipe through the foundation, was directed to a sump pump. The output from the sump pump was piped through the foundation into a drain pipe that carried water from downspouts away from the house. As a final measure, the wood floor joists that had started to show a lot of various types of mold and mildew and dry-rot was treated with a penetrant that killed it and preserved the wood. There was a problem of water flowing in on top of the waterproof sheet after the first crew left. I called to have the problem corrected. Even though the company was about a five-hour one-way drive from us, a man, David Runyon, was dispatched to correct the problem. He corrected the problem within an hour or two. Based on my personal experience, I would have no problem at all recommending Reed's Sprayfoam. Their employees were curteous and considerate. The only crawlspace access was through the floor inside our house. Care was taken to keep the floor clean. We had almost no cleanup to do when they left.
