Communication with the team about financing and availability was clear and concise. \r\n\r\nInstallation team was clear about the process and walked me through the process. The team laid plastic and covered furniture that they may come in contact with. When finished they walked me through the spaces and explained what I was seeing. They cleaned the space when they were finished. I received a follow up call from the team about my satisfaction with the completed project.

Reeds did a great job installing my French drain.Tom was amazing, and it’s obvious that he has years of experience. They showed up early, and were able to get it completed in the same day. I would definitely use them again!!

Highly recommend. Reeds sprayed my new construction home "peak to dirt". It was ALL done beyond my expectations. They also did "Crawlspace Encapsulation". Here, there were a couple issues that were only noticed a few days after the job was completed. Now, we see how they handle their "after completion service". THEY WERE TOP NOTCH. > When reported, sales rep came to inspect. > Sales rep reported to Quality Control (Jim) who then came and inspected. >Recognizing the level of service that would be required, Jim called the owner, who THEN came to my home 2+ hours away and ASSURED me they would satisfy the needs. > Jim, along with a crack crew returned and COMPLETELY added a new liner over top of the initial one, with MINIMAL taped seams, and those seams taped perfectly and FLAT. >Josh later called me to check up on my job, and asked that I call him with any further issues once my HVAC is up and running. I contacted 2 insulation companies for estimates to insulate and waterproof my crawl space. The first guy from Basement Doctor was so full of himself I wouldn't use his company if it was free. Bob Jobe showed up from Reeds and i immediately liked him. He is down to earth and very friendly and professional. His price was very reasonable for the proposed work. Reeds came and performed the work in one day. They were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up afterword even sweeping out the garage. Several months later I had a problem with the dehumidifier and contacted Bob Jobe. He assured me they stood behind their work and would fix it. Bob sent Jim Runyon out within a few got from another supplier. days. You can't help but like Jim with his friendly easy going attitude. Jim fixed the problem at no charge. It should be noted the problem was not caused by Reeds but a problem with the dehumidifier they get from another manufacturer. I was very impressed with everyone from Reeds including the receptionist that answers the phone. I asked Reeds to do this review...they didn't ask me. I highly recommend them. Reed's came out and sprayed my large attic space and rim joist in my basement. I immediately saw an improvement to both heating and cooling loss. Tom was very thorough in both explaining and educating me on areas that needed attention and not forcing anything on me that i didn't need. They did the job for the agreed upon price and actually went above and beyond in actually insulating areas they found that needed attention after initial inspection. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve home heating and cooling effeciency.
