I had Reeds install a pump to keep my basement from flooding. The end result has been a load off my mind. There is only one person responsible for this. His name is Shawn! I would highly recommend this company. Treatment for mold and encapsulation was done in a timely manor. Technicians were friendly and professional. Jim Runyon came the next day and installed the dehumidifier. Noticed an error. The technicians returned soon after and made it right. Didn’t ask for payment until everything was completed. Humidity has gone from 80% to 53% under my house. Thank you.

Reeds added insulation in our attic. The two young men was professional and polite. We would use Reeds again if we have more insulation needs. Our climate in the house has been great since the installation!

Due to the recent flood I was having to re insulate my house. I was given Reeds insulation number not knowing where to even start. I called and spoke with Josh and he took care of everything I needed from there. His team are great to work with and very professional. I would recommend them for any job and have made new friends.

Reeds installed spray foam insulation in our unfinished basement on the subfloor and all around on the rim joists. The sales person, Brent, was great. He showed up on time, got us our estimate when he told us he would and they even scheduled our installation much sooner than expected. The crew gave us a courtesy call to let us know when they would be here, they showed up on time, repaired our basement and covered everything which took quite some time. They did a fantastic installation of the spray foam, and when they were done I inspected it and they cleaned up perfectly. Truly a five-star experience and I would recommend Reeds spray foam insulation company to anyone. :-)

I contacted 2 insulation companies for estimates to insulate and waterproof my crawl space. The first guy from Basement Doctor was so full of himself I wouldn't use his company if it was free. Bob Jobe showed up from Reeds and i immediately liked him. He is down to earth and very friendly and professional. His price was very reasonable for the proposed work. Reeds came and performed the work in one day. They were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up afterword even sweeping out the garage. Several months later I had a problem with the dehumidifier and contacted Bob Jobe. He assured me they stood behind their work and would fix it. Bob sent Jim Runyon out within a few got from another supplier. days. You can't help but like Jim with his friendly easy going attitude. Jim fixed the problem at no charge. It should be noted the problem was not caused by Reeds but a problem with the dehumidifier they get from another manufacturer. I was very impressed with everyone from Reeds including the receptionist that answers the phone. I asked Reeds to do this review...they didn't ask me. I highly recommend them.
