Brent Lee came out to the house and reviewed the job and gave me a quote. I thought the price was high until I received a quote from another company. Brent explained the work that would be performed and answered all of my questions. Ricky Runyon and his crew were very professional and courteous. They kept me informed on the process and progress each day. My HVAC representative said it was one on the best encapsulations he had seen. I highly recommend Reeds if you need mold removal, encapsulation or spray foam insulation.

Ricky, Devin and Daniel were first class men. They all did an excellent job in our two cabins. Professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable on spray foam insulation. The prep work was beautiful and end result worth every penny. We highly recommend Reeds Home Solutions

Reeds did a great job installing my French drain.Tom was amazing, and it’s obvious that he has years of experience. They showed up early, and were able to get it completed in the same day. I would definitely use them again!!

I contacted 2 insulation companies for estimates to insulate and waterproof my crawl space. The first guy from Basement Doctor was so full of himself I wouldn't use his company if it was free. Bob Jobe showed up from Reeds and i immediately liked him. He is down to earth and very friendly and professional. His price was very reasonable for the proposed work. Reeds came and performed the work in one day. They were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up afterword even sweeping out the garage. Several months later I had a problem with the dehumidifier and contacted Bob Jobe. He assured me they stood behind their work and would fix it. Bob sent Jim Runyon out within a few got from another supplier. days. You can't help but like Jim with his friendly easy going attitude. Jim fixed the problem at no charge. It should be noted the problem was not caused by Reeds but a problem with the dehumidifier they get from another manufacturer. I was very impressed with everyone from Reeds including the receptionist that answers the phone. I asked Reeds to do this review...they didn't ask me. I highly recommend them. Highly Recommend these guys, Tim and Steve and their crews , they were friendly and very professional. Also, want to thank Josh for his time and concerns, making a 5 1/2 hour trip one direction making sure the job was done the way it needed to be in our time frame when our granddaughter was diagnosed with Leukemia. Thanks again!
